Functions:
McWiLL® RF ASIC mainly includes three parts: receiver, transmitter and frequency synthesizer. The transceiver adopts currently the most integrated and challenging structure. The receiver adopts near-zero IF and zero IF architectures for narrowband and broadband applications respectively, and integrates with ADC/DAC to process signals when IF signals convert to digital signals. This structure can achieve optimal functions as well as full on-chip integration. The transmitter realizes full on-chip integration by using direct up-conversion architecture. Based on innovative loop design, McWiLL® RF ASIC also integrates with PLL (including modules such as loop filter and VCO), which is the most difficult to achieve on-chip integration.

- All CMOS technology ;

- Integrate with PLL, including modules such as loop filter and VCO;
